Fasteners & Screws
One of the most common questions we get asked is:
What size screws do cabinet knobs use?
Two main lengths are used, 1 inch for cabinet doors and 1 3/4 inch breakaway screws for cabinet drawers. The most common thread type is #8-32, and the second most common type is M4 which is a metric type.
We also carry the standard wood screw that would be used for your drawer slides and cabinet door hinges which is the #6 bit size and 5/8 inch in length, Robertson Lo-Root Wood Screw.
